Broderick C. Byers, Founder/CEO - Broderick@employ.comMr. Byers is a veteran of the cable industry. His experience covers all areas of the cable television industry, including subscriber sales, operations, marketing, advertising and management. He has worked with cable companies TCI, Time-Warner NYC, Connection Cable TV (Newark, NJ), UA-Columbia, and Syracuse Cablevision.
He managed direct sales to homeowners for District Cablevision in Washington, D.C., and rapidly worked his way to VP of Operations. He was then appointed to start District Cable Advertising, a spin-off of District Cablevision, where he oversaw every aspect of the advertising agency start-up, and built the business to profitability within a year. He reported directly to Robert Johnson, owner of District Cablevision and Chairman of Black Entertainment Television (BET).
Mr. Byers is the co-founder of National Association of Minorities in Cable (NAMIC) and served as the first President of NAMIC's New York Chapter. Mr. Byers currently sits on the New York City Mayor's advisory board for New Media initiatives, and is the President of the New York Chapter of the National Black Chamber of Commerce.
Eric D. Cunningham, Chief Financial Officer - Eric@employ.comEric D. Cunningham has over 15 years of experience in finance and structuring in media and telecommunications. He was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Urban Communications Transport Corporation, an early-stage broadband services company in New York City. In this capacity, he is responsible for all the Company’s financial activities including budgeting and business modeling, accounting, capital raising, deal structure and negotiation, and day-to-day financial functions. He reports into the two Co-chairman and founders as well as interfacing with the Company’s lead investor representative.
Prior to joining Urban, he was Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer for Bresnan Communications Company, a cable television company located in White Plains. While at Bresnan, Eric oversaw all the domestic financial functions impacting the financial structure of the operations including capital raising, cash collections, compliance, strategic planning and business development. Eric was a key member of the management team which acquired over 400,000 subscribers in a $1.1 billion acquisition from AT&T Broadband. Eric coordinated the senior bank debt acquisition and assisted with Bresnan’s public debt raise. Eric was also intimately involved in Bresnan’s ultimate sale to Charter Communications for approximately $3.1 billion.
Before joining Bresnan, he held various positions in telecom finance at the USA Division of Toronto Dominion Bank, at the time the leading capital provider to media and telecom. Aside from managing the Bresnan account, Eric maintained relationships with Evergreen Media, a leading radio company, Worrell Enterprises, a leading weekly newspaper company, Emmis Communications, a radio company and Media General, a newspaper company. Eric was also responsible for overseeing the Bank’s equity investments including media and telecom before joining the media account relationship team.
Prior to Toronto Dominion, Eric worked at Moody’s Investors Service, Bristol-Myers and Equitable Life Assurance.
Eric holds a bachelors degree with honors from Morehouse College and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. He is active in civic and charitable work and resides in Chappaqua, NY with his wife Valerie and young son Ethan.
Ernest Feiteira, Chief Operating Officer / General Manager - Ernest@employ.comMr. Feiteira's corporate and entrepreneurial experience in investment banking, financial management, TV and technology/internet ideally position him to help the company grow with fiscal responsibility. He was co-founder and CFO of JobRiot, an online staffing service. He helped build the company by developing strategic partnerships and alliances with technology, marketing and human resources companies. Prior to JobRiot, Mr. Feiteira worked in Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking Division, where he provided profitability analysis for the $4 billion Investment Banking Division. He graduated from St. John's University (NY) with high honors in Finance and Computer Science.

He was co-founder of JobRiot, an online temporary employee service firm where he served as the VP of Business Development. Mr. Rice holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Marketing and a Masters in Divinity degree. He continues to be an advocate for disadvantaged businesses in the field of Communications.

Prior to joining The Employment & Career Channel, Pat also appeared in many national & regional television commercials including America Online, McDonalds, Dirt Devil, Ovaltine, Black & Decker, Benecol, and Pathmark, as the quirky comedic character "The Pathmark Lady", and has played opposite a 400 pound tiger in a long format commercial for AeroBed! She has served as a volunteer commercial spokesperson for the Save the Children foundation shooting on-location in El Salvador & the Philippines. She has appeared as a guest product presenter on QVC over 70 times including QVC London.

George L. Miles, Jr., Advisor George L. Miles, Jr. is president and chief executive officer of WQED Pittsburgh, the public broadcaster for southwestern Pennsylvania. WQED Pittsburgh is the parent company of WQED 13/WQEX 16, WQED-FM 89.3, WQEJ-FM 89.7/Johnstown, and PITTSBURGH magazine. WQED Pittsburgh's five decades of excellence in television production includes national PBS programs like Doo Wop 50, the most successful fund raising special in PBS history; Doo Wop 51, Rock, Rhythm and Doo Wop; and Rhythm and Blues 40. Mr. Miles arrived in Pittsburgh in September 1994 as President and Chief Executive Officer.
